In Step 1, you check observed symptoms against the diagnosis table. The table refers you to relevant diagnosis notes which help to confirm your diagnosis.
The diagnosis notes will help you avoid making the wrong diagnosis if your fish does not display all the symptoms of a suspected disease.
They also highlight unrelated diseases which can be mistaken for the actual disease.
